Deborah Elizabeth Lambert of Clayton, N.M., formerly of Hobbs, N.M., and Justin Ray Dominguez of Clayton, formerly of Pecos, Texas, are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jeff and Viola Lambert of Hobbs. She graduated from high school in 1996 and got her BA in criminology in 2006 from University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She is employed with the North East New Mexico Detention Facility in Clayton as records manager.The prospective groom is the son of Jessie and Sue Ann Dominguez of Artesia, formerly of Pecos. His grandparents are Ramon Dominguez, the late Candelaria Dominguez, Joan Beach of Colorado City, Texas, and the late Roy Lee Beach.
